FAQs
- This is an open air (outdoor concert) so attendees are advised to dress appropriately. Umbrellas will not be allowed as these can impede visibility for others.
- The event is a sell-out. Lancaster’s Visitor Information Centre has been handling ticket sales so any enquiries regarding returns should be addressed to the VIC.
- All 600 seats are sold so each person will have a fold-down seat to sit in.
- The seats are not numbered so those people wishing to sit together are advised to arrive together.
- Doors open at 6.30 pm and the concert will start at 7.30 pm.
- There is no car parking space available at the Castle. Attendees must make their own arrangements.
- Drinks concessions including a horse box bar, prosecco bar and Sangria van will be open throughout, as will Atkinsons café. Light snacks will also be available.
- There will be an interval of around 30 minutes half-way through the programme which is expected to finish at around 9.30 pm.
- All guests will be clear of the Castle by 10 pm.
